Hello! I just look at your cable kit Part Number: C63RV for connecting trailer hitch for a Sorento LX Hybrid no plug 2026. I try calling few place and they tell me that the kit dont fit on model LX 2026. I like you to confirm your kit is fitting on my model LX. Thank You for times. Alain

Hey Alain, great question but the Curt trailer wiring harness part # C63RV does normally fit the LX models of the 2026 Kia Sorento but it does not fit the hybrid models like you have so it would not work for you. The only other model this doesn't fit is the SX which I think might be part of the confusion.
So you'd need to go with a universal style trailer wiring harness like the Curt # C59236 which we've had the chance to install on a 2026 Sorento like yours. I attached an install video down below for this for you to check out as well. Do you have a hitch picked out already?

Hey Alan my Sorento was not the Lx it is an Xline so that is why the kit fit my unit. I ma suggest that you look under your vehicle driver side rear there you will find a plastic trim piece ( 3 push pin and 2 14mm plastic nuts) remove this. And see if you have two plugs secured there.
