Yes, the etrailer Soft Tonneau Cover - Roll-Up - Vinyl and Aluminum # e72DR will work with the Utili-Track system on your 2018 Nissan Frontier with the 6-foot bed. It is designed to work with the factory Utili-Track rails, so you won't have to remove or modify the system to install the cover.
