Hey Vladimiro,
Thanks for reaching out. The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 391AUDA5S518 is the correct Stealth Hitch for your 2018 Audi S4. It looks like there may be an issue with our fit guide for this particular hitch, but I was able to confirm compatibility directly with the manufacturer. I'll make sure that gets corrected—sorry for the confusion!
If you decide you'd like to tow with your S4 in the future, the correct towing package for this receiver is the Towing Kit with Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - 2" Ball # 391CONVA7.
Out of curiosity, what are you planning to use the hitch for most often?

I bought and installed the hitch on my 2020 A4. Instructions were very good. It is a tight fit and I used a few words not appropriate for small children - that helped. I was unable to get a torque wrench on 2 of the bolts, maybe because of limited tools I owned. I just tightened them as much as seemed reasonable. Because I was using the hitch to hold a bike rack rather than to tow a trailer I wasn't too concerned. It worked out just fine.
