Would the Yakima LongHaul bike rack part # Y02476 be Safe on a Long Distance Road Trip

Question:
I own this bike rack and love it! Were getting ready to drive from Ohio to the Outer banks. Was wondering if this was safe for long distance travel?

The Yakima LongHaul 4-Bike rack part # Y02476 is a solid bike rack that would do very well for your long distance traveling. Only recommendation I would make would be to check the bike rack on fill-ups just to make sure everything is secured properly just to be on the safe side.
