Hey Steve, we have exactly what you are looking for with the replacement air spring for Trailair pin boxes part # LC432404. This is an exact replacement and would get you back on the road. What happened to your old spring? Was their a massive failure or did it develop a slow leak?

I bought a replacement air bag several years ago. They seem to last around 5 years As any rubber product, sun slowly cooks them! I made a cover form mine that seems to help. Every bag leaks air. I fill mine up before each trip. No different than tires. Hitch air bag is a definite plus on trailer. I have had mine on a 2003 Jayco since new. Good company to buy from!

I replaced not only the bag, but also the shock as mine was dented just like the picture. Super easy to remove and replace. I used a ratchet strap to hold my pinbox up while I removed the shock and bag. As others have stated, the bags do leak over time. I believe it is because of the over stretching when you drop your trailer. To remedy this, I let the air out before I unhitch and again use a ratchet strap to prevent over stretching of the bag when disconnected from your tow rig. Seems to be working for me as this bag isn’t leaking as of yet. Hope this helps. By the way, I wouldn’t use any other type of pinbox.

Steve, I bought one about 4-5 years ago. The same as the one the trailer came with. None of them hold air like you want them to. I add air EVERYTIME (or at least check it) we take it on a trip.?? Hope that helps. Oh, and etrailer is my go to for any (RV, Boat, or Ranching) needs. Great people. Glenn
