It sure will Gene! The Wheel Step with Non-Slip Surface item # PT68ZR is designed to fit tires up to 13" wide.
It looks like your 2022 Ford F-350 came stock with LT275/65R20/E tires. Those measure 11" wide from the sidewall to sidewall so the Wheel Step item # PT68ZR will work great with your truck. The rear bracket that sits behind the tire will work with dually tire setups as well. It's narrow enough it'll fit inside the gap.
The Wheel Step item # PT68ZRv has a 300 lbs capacity and a non-slip surface for additional grip. The step surface itself measures 21" long x 9" wide.

I have two. They fit our 2016 F350, 2020 F350, and 2021 F350 dual. Super helpful for engine maintenance checks and windshield cleaning/wiper blade changes.
