Hi Jeff, sweet camper!
To get the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets for Class A Motorhomes # RM46MR installed on your 2026 Nexus Ghost 38DS, you will first need to make sure you have the solid front axle. It will not fit if you have the independent suspension up front (some of the International MV607 chassis do have this, but it isn't super common).
Once that is confirmed, this is actually a bolt on application and no drilling is required. Some of those bolts do need to be torqued down pretty tight (250 foot-pounds), so you will need to make sure your torque wrench can go up that high. Other than that, it's just basic tools.
The last thing you will need to do is make some adjustments. There are jam nuts on either end of the part (see included picture) that can be tightened to make said adjustments. The instructions go over this part in greater detail, but it isn't super difficult.
What kind of roads are you typically going to be traveling (mountain, open highways, etc.)? And have you decided on a truck yet?

Thanks again for all that you do. We have found a Ford Dealer that seems to understand what we want to do with Flat Towing a truck behind the Motorhome. Ford F150 Lariat with FX4 Package, not a Tremor, not a Raptor. All we have to do is figure out what color we want at this point. This dealer has a lot in stock, so we are going with them and this model. So we are at this point now. Looks like we can set it up.
