Hey Ed, thanks for reaching out. We do have a riser that fits a 1-1/4" hitch, but it has a 2" receiver on the other end, part # e93YR. So, you would also need a Reducer # e63YR to allow it to accept a 1-1/4" bike rack. Right now, we don't have anything that is 1-1/4" to 1-1/4".
That setup can work with the reducer, but keep in mind that using a hitch adapter/extender will reduce your hitches carrying capacity by half. So, if the hitch on your vehicle is rated for 200 lbs of tongue weight, you will be limited to carrying only 100 lbs. That includes the weight of the adapter (10 lbs), your bike rack and bikes.
What vehicle do you haul your bikes with? What kind of bikes and rack do you have?

The adapters I ordered from E-Trailer were all very high quality and looked like they were rugged and made to last. However, don't ever put a trailer-hitch on a Camry. You will be dragging all over the place. Also, another learning: You will find a very limited selection of 1 1/4" adapters. Just about all of the adapters are 2". I regret that my bike-rack is 1 1/4".
