Hey John! For a replacement clamp you can use the Replacement Classic Fly Tube Clamp w/ Hardware for Thule RodVault Classic Fishing Rod Holder # TH93NH. This is designed to fit the Thule RVCL-RT-3000 which was the rebranded Titan rod vault you currently have.
