I’m interested in the DL14996. I would be using it with a strap and I’m wondering if the DL24250 can be used on the DL14996? Also, what other strap options might I consider that are appropriate for this unit?

Hey Tom, yes the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch Strap # DL24250 that you referenced will work great with the Dutton Lainson Hand Winch part # DL14996 . It is correct size and also rated correctly. This is a 25 foot long strap and would be a great option if this is the length you are in need of. If you need something different let me know and I'll see what would make the most sense.
