Con these lights be mounted in 1 by 3 inch channel iron?

Hey Gary! Assuming that is 3" wide and 1" deep then yes, the Tinted Miro-Flex LED Trailer Tail Light # STL22CCRB will fit. However, you will have to cut an opening for the back of the light to sit in. See the full dimensions below.
