Will a Fender for 15 Inch Wheels Fit a Trailer with 16 Inch Tires

Question:
Do you have a black plastic step fender for a 16 inch wheel? If not, is it possible that the one for a 15 inch wheel would work?

A black plastic fender with steps is not available for 16 inch wheels though it may be possible to use the 15 inch model # F008585. You would have to go by the dimensions which I have included in the pictures.
