Hi Shannon! The inner diameter of the # 37207-31455 hose is 3/8". It is 40" long and uses 3/8" Male NPT and 1/2" Female SAE swivel fittings.

I purchased this a few years ago and it has worked great. Bought the adapters and running a Blackstone on my RV for all of our camping trips.
