I need assistance picking out a roof rack for my 2010 honda accord 4 door. It has a sunroof with a elevated plastic shied. I need a rack thats high enough to clear the elevated plastic shield on the 2010 model. Im looking for a super easy rack that I can take on and off as Im going to use it for my kayak. Also can you suggest a real easy kayak carrier. My kayak is small 8 ft. Thank you for your help!

I recommend the Rhino Rack Roof Rack, # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, # DK184, for your 2010 Honda Accord. I went out to our warehouse to take a quick measurement and it looks like you would have a little over 3-1/2 inches of clearance for the elevated plastic shield on the sunroof once you have installed this rack on your Accord.
As for a kayak carrier, I personally like the Rhino-Rack Nautic Roof Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs, # RR571. This carrier allows one person to easily load a kayak from the rear of the vehicle.
