Can I Mount the Yakima OverNOut 270 XL Awning to Yakima JetStream Crossbars?

I am interested in a yakima overnout awning. My question is, I have a yakima roof rack that has the jetstream cross bars. Is there a mounting system to mount that awning to those jetstream crossbars?

Great question.

Yes, you can. The Yakima OverNOut 270 XL Awning # Y75QD includes mounting brackets that are designed to work with Yakima JetStream crossbars, so you won't need to purchase a separate mounting system for a standard installation. I attached a picture where you can see it is bolted down to the T-Slot.

The main thing you'll want to check is your crossbar spread. Yakima recommends a crossbar spread between 26" and 76" for this awning. As long as your JetStream bars fall within that range, the included hardware will allow you to mount the awning directly to the crossbars.
