Replacement Screen for Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vents w/a Switch and Manual Crank

Updated 05/30/2026 | Published 05/28/2026

Question:

I have a 2019 jAYCO Micro 171BH. The tabs that hold the screen in on the Ventline bathroom vent are gone, so I need a replacement for the screen and the bracket that holds it in place. It appears you have to remove the four screws holding the bottom of the vent in place and the new screen bracket. This is just a basic manual crank open screen with a rocker switch. Will this product work for my vent? Thanks...

Welcome back Jim and thanks for that picture. The Replacement Screen Frame item # BVC0573-41R looks exactly like the one in your pictures. It's definitely what you need to replace the bracket with the tabs and switch, along with the screen.

Too replace yours, you'll start by taking out the screw in the turning handle and removing it. Then you'll push in on the side tabs, top and bottom in your picture, to remove the bracket. Before you take it all the way off you'll want to unplug or disconnect the wires.

Matching whites is always fun and I'm colorblind, but I wanted to let you know we also have this bracket/screen combo in Birch White item # BVC0573-31R.

These screens are compatible with Ventline Ventadome roof vent models V2092, V2110, V2094 and V2119.

Yes, i used this for the same reason you did. My screen tabs were broken in our 2016 Bullet trailer. You do have to knockout the fan switch knockouts as the frame is made for vents with and without a fan, but that was no problem. Its a straight forward replacement and worked perfectly.
