I am looking for a replacement RV AC unit. My current unit is a Dometic 457915 in my 2012 Grey Wolf 25 foot trailer. I am looking for an AC unit that has a wireless remote thermostat as the current one is not hooked to the thermostat. I am also looking for an AC unit that the fan turns off when the compressor turns off. Please advise Dave

Hey David! For a replacement that meets your requirements we have the Fogatti InstaCool Ultra RV AC # FG94VR. This runs off of the remote, app, or adb controls and doesn't use a traditional wall thermostat. When the fan is set on auto it will shut off with the compressor once it reaches temperature. However, this is only designed for ductless setups.
If you have a ducted setup the next best option is the Furrion Chill Cube. This also works off of a remote. However, since it has a variable speed compressor it runs all the time. This keeps it incredibly efficient, and reduces the wear and tear from constant cycling. You can choose from the following based on color:
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR39TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - White # FR99TD
