No dimensions for the bolt pattern to the trailer, which for me must be 4 1/2 x 2 1/2“ to replace a corroded bracket

The bolt hole spacing for the CE Smith Front/Rear Hanger Bracket for Double-Eye Springs # CE14026G is 4-3/8" x 1-5/8". Hopefully that would be close enough to work for you.
