Appreciate you reaching out Peter,

The Draw-Tite hitch 75956 has not been continued but I am seeing limited availability. Was there any thing particular about that hitch that you liked?

Curt Trailer Hitch # C13337 is available for the 2020 Lexus NX 300. Both hitches have 2" receivers, 3,500lb towing capacity but the Curt hitch has a 525 lb tongue weight compared to the Draw-tite being 350 lbs. So if you ever plan on using a hitch bike rack or cargo carrier, the Curt hitch would allow for heavier accessories.

What did you plan on using the hitch for?

The drawtite hitch sits much deeper under the bumper than the curt, I have had both and the drawtite is a much better fit. However, if you are actually towing and not just using a cargo carrier or bike rack, the way the curt attaches is much better.

I installed this on our Lexus NX200t as soon as we bought the car; however, we have not yet had occasion to use it. I found installation was straight-forward and the instructions were very good. In our case, I did have to lower one exhaust pipe several inches by unhooking the rubber mounting grommet. I found that I was unable to reattach this very stiff rubber piece, perhaps needing a special tool or just more strength. I ended up taking it to our mechanic to reattach it.
