Air Bag and Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for 2026 Toyota Tundra TRD

Updated 06/01/2026 | Published 05/25/2026

Question:

I have a 2026 tundra with the TRD lift and am looking to get a BandW gooseneck kit and need to get bags as well with a cradle kit, but the air lift system is not compatible with the BandW gooseneck, would the air lift cradle work with the pacbrake air bags? Or what is the combination you would recommend for this set up?

Hey Anthony, we have the Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F89VV which is a confirmed fit for your 2026 Toyota Tundra TRD and is perfectly compatible with in-bed gooseneck hitches like the B and W Turnoverball part # BW96FR that also fits your truck.

Whenever available I recommend Firestone air bag kits as they are widely known to have the highest quality air bags. The B and W Gooseneck hitches are also really nice as well! What are you planning on towing?

I would like to say, my 2025 Toyota Tunda Limited, would haul my load of 7,500 lb. But it could not tow the load. Trailer unloaded, no water or equipment, because it was nose high. The Firestone 5,000 lb air lift system fixed the problem. My truck is not lifted like yours. Get professional help. it will be well worth it. Good luck.

I am planning to tow a 2 horse living quarters gooseneck, but also want to integrate the airlift cradle kit to avoid ripping a bag from articulation if I do some off-roading. Is the Firestone ride rite kit compatible with the airlift cradles?

@AnthonyY I wish that cradle would work with a Firestone bag but it would not. And the Air Lift bags won't work with the gooseneck hitch...

@JamesonC so the airlift cradles say they fit any bellow style airbags so is there any option of airbags that would be compatible with both the B&W gooseneck and airbag cradle kit?

@AnthonyY you know that's a really good point about the part # AL59DQ. It does say that it fits most bellows style springs and that would include the Firestone when you think about it. I was trusting some other info I found where someone said it would not work. But the more I think about it I would agree it could work. Sorry for confusion.
