Hi Deborah!
We do have Landing Pads for your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon, but the Landing Pad 38 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers - Qty 2 # Y87MX is specifically for a 2015+ Ford Transit. So with that said, you are looking for the following part:
Landing Pad 27 for Yakima SkyLine And Control Towers - Qty 4 # Y46VR
It doesn't look like Yakima offers this in a 2 pack though, so you would need to get all 4. If you don't already have them, the following parts would complete the roof rack set up:
Yakima SkyLine Towers - Fixed Mounting Points, Flush Rails, and Track Systems - Qty 4 # Y53TR
Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2 # Y00425
What are you wanting to carry on your roof?

Typically, the Yakima Landing Pads change every year. I buy a new Subaru every 3 years and have to buy new landing pads. I believe there was a year that I did not have to buy new Landing Pads but that was just luck. Etrailer or Yakima would give you the best advice on what will fit your vehicle.
