Which TS Rails, Adapters, And Tonneau Cover Fits 2021 Jeep Gladiator With Yakima Overhaul Rack?

Good morning - Im looking to add a tonneau cover to my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Requirements are I need to retain my Yakima Overhaul HD racks and not lose any length in my already short truck bed. I like a soft cover or something that stores away on top of the bed, rather than in a canister inside the bed that removes capacity from my bed. Im thinking TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System TH25FR with Yakima HD Track Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD Y75RR. Question are then: 1 will this all work together. 2 Does moving to T-Slots change my rack carrying capacity? I haul long sea kayaks and short whitewater kayaks on the rack and bed. 3 What tonneaus are compatible with this set-up? Again a roll-up preserves the most bed capacity, if theres a hard secure option that doesnt sacrifice capacity Id also be interested.

Hey Brendan!
Since your 2021 Jeep Gladiator has the Yakima Overhaul, you're pretty limited on options but you can go with the TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System - Jeep Gladiator # TH25FR along with adapter # Y01155. With the adapter, the ladder rack capacity is reduced to:
On-road: 300 lbs
Off-road: 180 lbs
This setup will all mount to your truck bed and allow the Overhaul to fit over it, while providing a place for a tonneau cover to fit inside the truck bed rails. You can install a soft roll up tonneau cover like Westin Soft Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Vinyl # W52FM.
If you want to consider a higher quality hard roll up cover, the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK97FR is a top of the line setup that a lot of people use in similar setups. It combines the rolling up feature of a soft cover, and the heavy duty security of a hard top that can hold 400lbs on top!
