I have two questions about this range. What is the ovens maximum temperature and what safety features does it have?

Hey Ruth, the max baking temperature of the GE Oven part # GE57VR is 450 and then 550 for broiling. This is a propane oven that doesn't have a lot of the more advanced safety features as what you'd find in a house like a thermocouple.
