There aren’t any specific step-by-step paper instructions for replacing the King Pin # DM63VR, but the process is fairly straightforward once you locate the retaining bolt in the wheel carrier assembly.

What you’ll need to do is remove the retaining bolt that holds the bushing and king pin in place on your Kar Kaddy. Once that bolt is removed, you’ll be able to slide the king pin out and replace it with the new one. From there, everything can be reassembled in reverse order.

I also included a picture pointing out the parts I’m referring to. It can be a little hard to see in the diagram, so I included a link to the Kar Kaddy instructions as well. The section you’ll want to look at is split between pages 20 and 21. The king pin is part 10 and the King Pin Retainer Bolt is part 15 in the diagram.
