Replacement Support Arm Assembly for Solera 3000 Series 12V Awning

Question:
Hello, I recently bent my rear Solera 3000 Series 12V awning arm and wall bracket. I’m looking to purchase your Replacement Support Arm Assembly for Solera Flat RV Awnings - 69inch Long - White, but I want to ask before doing so to make sure that it’s the compatible match being that we have an electric awning and to make sure that it’ll work for the rear arm specifically. This part looks like everything we should need for what needs to be replaced. I would appreciate your feedback! It’s currently strapped down but it’s bent up pretty bad.

Hey Lindsey! Yes, the Replacement Support Arm Assembly for Solera Flat RV Awnings # LC281152 will work with your setup. You will remove your old arms, take the drive or idler head off the affected arm, and bolt it onto this new arm. After that, bolt the arm to back onto the wall and you're set.

I bent my support arm backing out of the garage that i store the RV in. Replacement part matched perfectly and all bolts necessary for the job was included. Very easy fix. I did use some silicone in the bolt holes just as a precautionary fix for any leaks from rain and washing the RV. Highly recommend. Steve

I had to replace my support arm assembly, too, and this fit the bill perfectly. I followed a couple of YouTube videos to get an idea of the procedure, than had help from my SIL for the installation. Very helpful to have extra hands and a step-ladder or two.
