Question:
will this fit 2004 ford off road with crew cab

Expert Reply:
The instructions for Curt 6-Way Round and 4-Flat Connectors # C55664 is listed only for certain GM vehicles and some imports (see instructions link for the list) but not for a 2004 Ford F-150. However, it should still work because it has the same connector to plug into the factory harness as # C55774 which is a 7- and 4-Way that is listed as a fit for a 2004 Ford F-150 that came with a factory 7-Way.
If your truck came with a 4-Way then you would not be able to use either connector but instead would need # 118247. Then to use a 6-Way instead of a 7-Way you would need an adapter # HM47570, which is a 7-Way to 6-, 5-, and 4-Way.
