I have a 2017 nissan frontier SV with 60inch bed with factory lining. Will this cover fit? Also, does it lock with the tailgate?

Hi Karya; I'm sorry to say the etrailer Hard Tonneau Cover # e65DR only fits models with a 6' bed. If you want a hard folding cover for your 5' bed I recommend the BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26506. This does lock with the tailgate so everything will remain secure, and it comes with a 3-year warranty. BAK also has the newer BAKFlip MX4 # BAK48506 for a little more which has higher-strength panels and better weather sealing with a 5-year warranty.
