Receiver Hitch and Cargo Carrier for 2010 Smart ForTwo 451 Cabriolet CDI

Question:
Hi. I have a March 2010 Smart 451 cabriolet cdi for which I would like to purchase a rear carrier and hitch. On checking the recommended hitch for my car C11020 I notice that the only flat carriers compatible with such a hitch are fixed position carriers. Is there any folding carrier combination suitable for my car? Many thanks for your time and trouble.

You are correct, the Curt Class I, 1-1/4 Inch Receiver Hitch, # C11020, is the hitch that was specifically designed to fit your 2010 Smart ForTwo 451 Cabriolet CDI.
I have included a link to the cargo carriers that we have available for use with a 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver. The only folding cargo carriers that we offer are for use with a 2 inch hitch receiver.
