No, they will not Michael but I have a set of nerf bars that will. Since your 2001 Dodge Ram is a regular cab, the options are pretty limited. I recommend the Aries Round Nerf Bars item # AA205002.
The Aries Round Nerf Bars item # AA205002 are 3" in diameter and come with custom fit mounting brackets and hardware. The brackets will attach to your Ram's frame by the body mounts. This setup is great for older trucks that may have rusting rocker panels.
