Hi Jerry, great question!

For your 2026 Ram 3500, most installs for the Air Lift WirelessAIR system part # AL74000EZ typically take about 2 to 4 hours in the shop.

The EZ Mount setup does help a lot because the compressor and manifold come pre-assembled on one bracket, which cuts down install time compared to older systems. On a Ram 3500 specifically, you’ve got good frame access, which helps, but most of the time goes into finding the best mounting location, routing the wires cleanly, and making sure the air lines are protected and not rubbing on anything.

If you’ve done wiring or airbag installs before you’ll likely be closer to the 2 to 3 hour range, and if it’s your first time, it’s a good idea to plan on the full 3 to 4 hours so you can take your time and get everything set up cleanly. We do have an installer locator available to find shops near you if you want to go that route. I would just need your zip code to find a shop for you.

Are you installing this at the same time as airbags, or adding it onto an existing setup?

Took me around 4.5 hours to install. Watched a youtube video and etrailer video on how to install. Definitely easier to install if you had a lift.

@Terrance About four and a half hours is right in line for that install, especially doing it on the ground. Having a lift definitely makes it easier but it sounds like you got it done! How do you like it now that it's installed?

Took me around 4 hours by myself with basic hand tools. I watched e trailers videos and couple more on you tube before I attempted it. Very straight forward and worth every penny as it’s a great overall system. I have used mine daily for last year and zero issues.

@AdamS I love hearing how much our videos are helping people feel confident tackling installs like this. It’s great to hear it’s been reliable for you over the past year. What do you usually carry in the bed?

It took around 2 hours in the driveway. It wasn't bad. As far as it doing the job, I pull a 42' fifth wheel weighing around 16,000 lbs. Nice and level, no sag with a good ride.

@HeatherA For now I haven’t hooked up to my RV yet so haven’t seen the full potential of the system but with out a doubt the overall ride of my TACO has changed feels like I’m riding on soft clouds!!!

@Javier Haha that’s a great way to describe it, sounds like you’ve got that Tacoma riding just right now. It’s always nice when you can actually feel that kind of difference after an upgrade.
