Question:

I have a hackney aluminum 3 bay side loader beverage unit with sliding doors and I don’t know where is safe to mount a ladder rack to this unit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey Julian, you'd be looking for something like the Pack'Em Ladder Rack # PK-28WL-BMH which goes on the side of the trailer, or the P&F Enclosed Trailer Ladder Rack for 6' to 8-1/2' Wide Trailers # PF79VR which goes on the roof.

On the first one I mentioned, the side mount kit, the mounting bolt dimensions are 5-1/16" long x 1/4" diameter so you'd want to make sure that fits your trailer wall. Otherwise you could use longer hardware if you find that you need to do so.

The second one I mentioned, the roof mount kit, does not include hardware so you will need to source that on your own (local hardware store etc.). You just use self tapping screws that go into the roof rail that runs along the roof (see pic and video).
