Hey Jeff, thanks for reaching out. Yes, that setup will be just fine. Doing a single leg and a wall bracket would definitely be sufficient for supporting the # e49RR Dinette Table.

We actually offer the 36" Long x 30" Wide as a kit with a single leg as part # e95CR so that's what I recommend going with. Adding a wall bracket to that will be a very solid setup that won't wobble at all. The table has 3 pre-centered mounting holes on the bottom so you can use whichever one suits your setup the best.

What kind of camper is this going in?
