Question:
What is the height of the trailer ball mount hitch from the ground on a 2024 BMW X5 M Sport Package?

Expert Reply:
Hey, Chris. Thanks for reaching out.
On the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver with Towing Kit # SH32TR, the ball mount sits right around 15" off the ground. That measurement is taken from the top of the ball mount platform down to the ground.
That number comes from an install we did on a 2025 BMW X5, and there isn’t any noticeable difference in ride height between the 2024 X5 M Sport Package and the 2025 model, so you can expect to be right around that same height.
What are you looking at towing with your X5?
