Hey Doug, I was able to confirm fitment.
Whether you're towing a small camper, boat, or utility trailer, this Curt class 3 hitch with a 2" receiver # 13053 is the one for your Ford E-150 with rear step bumper. We noted for installation that the spare tire should be in the OEM location and be the tire size of 245/65-16. Other than that it's a pretty smooth, straight forward install.
