Will Victron Quattro Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger Require Additional Parts for Installation

Question:

What are the dimensions? Do I need to install anything else? is it a simple install? My RV is pre wired for an inverter

Hey Mark! The Victron Quattro Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger # VN75VR measures 18-1/2" tall x 14" wide x 11-3/16" deep. Your pre-wire definitely helps, but this won't be a plug and play installation. You will need to supply additional wiring and proper DC circuit protection (fuse/breaker). The manual includes a chart (section 4.2 attached below) that lays out the recommended fuse size based on your battery capacity.

The pre-wiring does make installation easier, but this still isn't a simple setup since you're tying into your battery bank and AC power. I recommend looking through the installation manual so you know what you're getting into ahead of time. I went ahead and linked it further down on this page.

I would also check your RV manual to see if it has additional information on what is included as part of the inverter pre-wire setup. This can vary quite a bit between manufacturers and models.
