Good evening, my question is ,does this come with all the hardware to attach the rails to the 8’2” bed

It does not Tim. The Replacement Side Rails for Retrax XR Series Hard Tonneau Covers T-slot Style item # RTX66QR is just the side rails of the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover item # RTT-80384 that fits a 2025 Ford F-350 with the 8' long bed.
What replacement hardware are you needing and what cover do you have? If you could give me some more information I can try to track down the parts you'll need.
