The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # SH52VR does indeed include a 7-way for your 2015 BMW X5. I have an image of the towing kit included with the 7-way circled as well.
The towing kit also includes all the wiring needed, the bracket to mount the 7-way, an adapter to plug into the 7-way to convert it to a 4-flat if needed (you can just put this somewhere in the vehicle in case you ever need it), and the safety chain loops.
Oh, one thing to note is that the # SH52VR is only for the X5 M. If you have an X5 M Sport, you will want the # SH85VR. This includes the same components for the towing package, but the hitch is slightly different to accommodate the M Sport package.
