Joel, yes these Curt rails part # C16443-204 are industry standard rails with custom brackets for the 1999 to 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty 6-3/4 foot bed, 1999 to 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty 8 foot bed, 1999 to 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty 6-3/4 foot bed, and 1999 to 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty 8 foot bed. The B&W Patriot slider part # BWRVK3270 fits on industry standard above bed rails in the truck so you are good to go as long as you have one of these vehicles.
