Hey Mason, it depends what your roof looks like.
Based on my research, the 2013 Grand Cherokee with the Overland Summit package should have aluminum silver raised rails on the roof. If that's your case, then the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # RRRVP27 will fit the roof.
If you actually have a different setup such as flush black rails, you'd instead need something like Yakima BaseLine FX Roof Rack # Y22PB.
