Hello Julie, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the 60" Yakima JetStream bars will be long enough to add a second Hullavator # TH898.

Each Hullavator requires 28-1/2" of bar space, so you will have just enough room to mount both without them contacting each other. The main thing to keep in mind here is the weight capacity of the roof rack. The JetStream bars have a 165 lb capacity. Each Hullavator weighs 40 lbs, so you'll need to make sure the weight of both kayaks does not exceed 85 lbs. As long as they aren't too heavy, you'll be good to go.

As far as your 2003 Honda Element, we do have a roof rack that will allow you to run two Hullavators. It's actually the same 60" JetStream bar rack. You can use the following:
