Hello, Im looking for a 10 inch hitch, 2.5 inch shank with a 2 5/16 ball as well as the sway bar ball.

Hey Chris! The Gen-Y Phantom X Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # GY45XR you were looking at will work for the setup you're describing. It fits a 2-1/2" receiver, has a 2" and 2-5/16" ball, and a 10" rise/drop.
To work with a friction sway bar you will also need to add the Dual Sway Control Bracket # 325-GH-300-1. This will mount directly on the hitch balls. If you need a 1-1/4" ball for the sway control bracket you can use # C36BR
