It sure does Ron! Our etrailer Hitch item # e43ZR actually comes with four fish wire tools to help you get all the bolts through the frame rails. This hitch is custom fit for a 2023 VW Tiguan and comes with all the hardware you'll need to get it installed.
I've linked the installation instructions along with an installation video below where we installed our etrailer Hitch item # e43ZR on a 2023 Tiguan. This will let you see the process and how to get the hitch setup.
