Will MORryde EZ Store Lite MR72ZV Work With Husky Centerline TS WD Hitch?

Updated 03/17/2026 | Published 03/12/2026

Question:

I have a 2022 Rockwood Roo 235S RV. I have a Husky Centerline TS weight distribution hitch part number 32218/33092. Will my hitch fit in the storage bracket and will my frame support the weight of the hitch and the storage bracket? Please advise. Thank you.

Hello Dean, thanks for reaching out. The MORryde EZ Store Lite # MR72ZV will work with your Husky Centerline TS system. The storage bracket is designed to hold the head assembly of most standard weight distribution hitches, including the Husky TS models like yours, so fitment will not be an issue.

As far as the frame strength on your 2022 Rockwood Roo 235S, the A-frame is more than capable of supporting the weight of the hitch head and the storage bracket. The bracket mounts to the trailer’s A-frame rails, which are designed to handle significantly more load than the weight of a stored hitch head. The head typically weighs around 70 to 90 pounds, and that is well within what the frame can support without concern.

The main thing to verify is that you have enough open space on the A-frame for the bracket to mount without interfering with your propane tanks, battery box, or tongue jack. If everything clears, you'll be good to go.

I purchased this late last year and managed to use it on my Grand Design 17mke there was more than enough room on my frame for this. It worked great and both my hitch and bars were stored and up off of the ground. I even used a cable lock and secured both the bars and hitch to my frame. I highly recommend this product.

@Craig Hey Craig, thanks for sharing! Glad to hear the EZ Store worked out for you. That's a good call adding a cable lock too. Can't be too careful these days!

I bought this last year. You can permanently mount or store in your cargo bay and use when necessary. It works great on my Grand Design Imagine 22MLE for my Curt distribution hitch, and you can lock it on if you like. It was a great addition to keep the hitch off the ground and out of the dirt!

Three Stars: I did like keeping the hitch and tension bars with the trailer, out of my truck bed and keeping them, along with the chains, neatly off the ground. The metal it's made of should be stronger, mine sagged due to the equalizer set up attached to the hitch making it very heavy. For me it was cumbersome to use because there wasn't enough space on my A-Frame (propane cover, tension brackets, etc.) to use it easily. However, this storage bracket was better than nothing.

@Kimalyn Hey Kimalyn, thanks for sharing your thoughts. That's a great real-world example. Just out of curiosity, what weight distribution hitch do you have specifically?

@JesseM Although I no longer have the travel trailer (traded the 2020 Lance #2285 TT for a 2026 Brinkley Z3100 5th wheel) the weight distribution hitch I had on the Lance looked like the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control. It didn't have any chains and the hitch had a place to lock the bars on each side.
