Replacement Roller and Fabric for Lippert Awning

Question:
I want to replace the roller and fabric that I had for a Lippert awning. I have the arms already. How will I know if they are compatible?

Hey Chuck! The Replacement Roller and Fabric Kit # LCV000211518 you were looking at is designed to fit Solera Power and Hybrid awnings. If you aren't sure what type of awning that is can you send me part numbers off of the arms and some pictures? You also need to measure from the center of the left arm to the center of the right arm. This particular replacement fits a measurement of 20'.
Did the existing fabric wear out or did the storms get it?

Be sure to fully unpack and roll out the awning to inspect the roller for dents and the end caps for scratches as soon as your receive it. The shipping companies are prone to damage these longer pieces. Had to return the first one but the second one had minor dent in the roller that I decided to live with.
