Will the Retrax tonneau cover aluminum retractable with t-slots from my 2020 F-150 shortbed 57 fit a 2022 Ford Lightning F-150 short bed?

No, it is not Jerry. The RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover item # RTT-80373 that fits your 2020 Ford F-150 with the 5-1/2' bed does not fit the 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning. They're the same length but the beds wider on the Lightning.
For your 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning, you'll need the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover item # RTX47SR. This is an identical model cover that has the t-slots and aluminum design.
If you use a crossbar system with the T-Slots on your item # RTT-80373, they'll most likely still work depending on their length. Are you using the t-slots for anything and if so how long are the crossbars?
