Hey Dan.
Yes - the Fill-Rite fuel transfer pump # FR43XQ has a 4-digit mechanical transfer meter that can be manually reset between fills. It also includes a 7-digit lifetime counter that does not reset, so you can track total fuel moved over time. It's sort of the equivalent to a car's odometer and the tripmeter.
Are you logging fuel by vehicle or just monitoring overall usage?
