Question:

I have a 2016 toyota land cruiser with a stage 6 icon lift on 2.5 inches. I need something to help with sag when I hook up my boat. I want to help the spring that I have I was looking at the spacers that goes between the coils on my spring. What do you recommend

Thanks for your question! I checked out the ICON kit you have and that setup is pretty sweet on the Land Cruiser.

Since your main concern is rear sag when the boat’s on the hitch, you’re on the right track looking at a coil insert-style helper. For your 2016 Land Cruiser with the 2.5" ICON lift, the SuperSprings Coil SumoSprings # CSS-1195 would be the correct fit and a solid option.

These install inside the rear coils and only engage as the suspension compresses.

One thing to note: SuperSprings no longer includes the zip-tie retention holes. Feedback has been about 50/50, many customers still love them, but some have mentioned occasional shifting and needing to reposition them. If that happens, adding some retention holes and heavy-duty zip ties is something customers have done successfully. While we typically don’t recommend modifying products, adding holes for retention won’t compromise or lower their performance.
