Hey Matt, welcome back. There's two adjustment holes that attach the rubber on the Access Rockstar Custom Mud Flap item # A26VA. The higher one is for 4" the bottom one is 2". There's also some cutouts built in if you need to make room for your exhaust.
The Access Rockstar Custom Mud Flap item # A26VA is confirmed to fit the 2024 Ford F-350's with or without fender flares.
