Does Install of Bedslide Cargo Tray for 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 Require Drilling into Truck Bed

Question:
Hi: Im interested in installing a cargo tray in the bed of my pickup. I dont see installation instruction. Do the cargo trays have to be permanently mounted with screws, or can they be secured with straps like many of the other trays from different suppliers? Thank you

Hey Mary, I am not sure which cargo slide you are considering or what your truck bed length is but the Bedslide part # BE85TV that fits your truck if it has a 6-3/4 foot bed does require drilling into the truck bed to install. This is pretty standard install for these so that they mount securely and won't fall out if there was weight in the slide as it was extended.
