Hello Petr; are you looking for wiring to tow a trailer with your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee? If that is correct, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C27BR you looked at will add a 4-way to the Jeep. If you're flat towing your Grand Cherokee behind a motorhome with a tow bar then the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-15267 is what you need instead.
